导读：管人难，难就难在管理者对人性的理解难免失之偏颇。上个世纪60年代，管理学大师DouglasMcGregor发现管理者有两类，他们对人性的基本假设截然不同。一类管理者认为：人生性懒惰，游手好闲，所以必须施加压力，才能提高工作效率。这种观点，McGregor称之为X理论。另一类管理者认为：人喜欢工作，正如喜欢游戏一样。人天性希望把事情做好，所以，必须鼓励、授权、激发员工的内在工作热情，才能提高工作效率
